Lost at the Beach
The man found himself deserted and lost,
Left all alone in the light,
With no man, no woman, no child in sight,
He thought once to turn to fright,
But was enthused at the sight of heavenly gold,
As the blue hue came crashing down,
And little pebbles scattered about,
The man arose from the warm pool,
Feeling the blazing furnace over him,
His feet motioned to move,
But the man simply could not,
He thought once more to turn to fright,
Until he saw the light,
Finding himself surrounded by daises and roses once more.
